How to read the deals Revarity shows, and what stays your responsibility.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These numbers are projections to help you decide, not financial, legal or tax advice. Do your own checks before you sign.
1. Projections, not promises
Every number Revarity shows on a deal (the nightly price, nights booked, revenue, costs, profit, cash on cash, how fast the money comes back, and the grade) is an estimate made from market data available when the deal was checked. Real results depend on how the home is run, the season, the market, and things outside anyone's control. The past results of other listings do not guarantee this one's.
2. Not advice
Revarity is a short term rental management company. Nothing on these pages, deal sheets, pitch decks or audits is financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and reading them does not make Revarity your adviser, attorney or fiduciary. Talk to your own professionals before you commit.
3. Rental rules are yours to confirm
Short term rental rules, building and HOA rules, permits, licenses, zoning, taxes and lease terms vary from place to place and change over time. A deal shown here is not a promise that the home may legally be rented by the night. Before you sign, confirm in writing with the city, the building and the landlord, and with your own counsel, that short term rental is allowed.
4. Background checks have limits
Checks on landlords, owners, evictions, lawsuits and code violations show only what public and third party sources had when we looked, and that coverage is uneven. Finding nothing does not mean there is nothing. Do your own checks on anything that matters to you.
5. Data from others
Some of the data comes from listing sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Expedia, from data providers, and from public records. Revarity is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and does not control or guarantee their data.
6. Your decision
Whether to lease, furnish and run a home is your decision alone. Check every number and fact that matters to you, including the rent, the costs, the nights booked, the rules and the landlord, before you rely on it. Our numbers are one input to your own checks, not a replacement for them.
7. Your management agreement governs
If Revarity manages a home for you, the management agreement you sign sets what we do, what we charge and what we are responsible for. Nothing on these pages changes or adds to that agreement.
8. No warranty, and limits on liability
These pages and everything on them are provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, Revarity and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost capital or other losses that come from using or relying on these pages. You use them at your own risk.
